Tim Butler, Managing Partner, has served clients in providing business valuation, strategy and advice for more than 20 years.

Prior to forming MeritBSC, Mr. Butler was a Vice President and Partner with Marakon Associates, and a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Together with seasoned professionals, who bring industry  and functional expertise to clients, Mr. Butler has directed business valuation, strategy, planning and performance improvement projects throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Butler received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and  received his B.S. and B.A degrees from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, and Bath University in England.

MeritBSC was formed in San Francisco in 1986 and expanded to New York in 1995.
