Turnaround Plans – Should you Turnaround or Divest an underperforming business?

It's a tough decision. Peter Drucker tended to favor divestiture, though his core point was to get it done quickly -- in a year to 18 months at most. MeritBSC's Turnaround Plan work concentrates on making decisions and implementing actions within 6 months.
